MANDATE is the PA Research Foundation's movement to encourage Australian men to take ownership of their health and rally together to support solution focused prostate cancer research.

We're asking Aussie blokes to muscle up and take responsible actions to keep their most important tool in check - their health. Many diseases are either preventable, or very curable, if detected early which is why it is so important to make an annual date with the GP. Significant others - you are integral to this movement. Encourage your man to get a check-up if something doesn't seem right - it might just save his life.

The funds raised through MANDATE mean that we can continue to fund better diagnostics and treatments for prostate cancer, the second leading cause of cancer related deaths among men.

The prostate cancer research projects MANDATE supports are conducted at the PA Hospital Campus which is home to the Australian Prostate Cancer Centre - Queensland, based at the Translational Research Institute. Your funds will well and truly be supporting our best chances of bringing to life the next great medical discovery, which could save the life of someone you love.
